About Me

Ruth Natalia Susanti is an academic and psychology practitioner affiliated with Universitas Muria Kudus. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2012 and later earned both her Master’s degree in Psychology and professional Psychologist qualification from Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, where she graduated as the best graduate in 2017.

Before beginning her career as a lecturer in 2022, she gained extensive professional experience as a practitioner in various industrial and organizational settings. Throughout her academic and professional career, her areas of interest and expertise include Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychological Well-Being, Mindfulness, Psychological Capital, Work-Life Balance, and other applied psychology issues.

At the university level, she teaches several courses, including Athlete Performance Actualization, Clinical Psychology Intervention, Consumer Psychology, Biopsychology, Character Building, Transpersonal Psychology, and Personality Assessment.

As a lecturer, she is actively involved in research and community engagement activities and has produced various scientific publications, intellectual works, and books.

Ruth Natalia Susanti currently serves as a permanent lecturer in the Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology, at Universitas Muria Kudus.
